The enta Managed Service is a centrally managed, web delivered solution allowing you full access to your customised version of enta.

Managed Service users in Australia have their enta system hosted in a highly secure and highly available environment at the Macquarie Hosting data-centre (the "Intellicentre") based in Sydney. With complete access to all the advanced functionality, extended distribution, high powered marketing tools and control of the enta software. The Managed Service comes with minimum investment in your IT infrastructure and you retain control of your business at all times.

The enta Managed Service is accessed through a simple web interface. All you will need to get started is a PC running on the Windows™ operating system and a broadband internet connection.

System security and continuity of service are key elements in the provision of the enta Managed Service. Your peace of mind can be reassured through our use of highly available servers, firewalls and secure data storage systems. Your data is fully segregated and secure in its own database and accessible only by those to whom you give permission.

The enta Managed Service gives you the power to control user access and define only the inventory, pricing, data and functionality that you want them to see using permission based logins.

The power of the enta Managed Service allows you to increase the distribution of your inventory through your box office, website and telesales. Partners, affiliates and agents can also have access to the service and sell on your behalf, through controlled access, and are easily managed through the reports and invoicing.


The enta In-house Solution is maintained by the client hosting the enta Ticketing System on their own hardware. This solution is suitable for customers with dedicated IT staff and secure environments capable of meeting PCI requirements. By using this model it allows the venue managers to leverage existing IT infrastructure and skills to run the ticketing system. During the consultation phase of the installation process, our technicians will work with your IT staff to set up a secure environment at your location.

The In-house Solution is maintained and controlled onsite by the venue. The enta Support team only accesses the system when the venue requires assistance.

We specialise in mobile responsive, html5 site development. The enta ticketing pages are developed using the latest .net framework backend, combined with our customer's preferred front-end.

We offer an extensive API, as well as live data feeds, that can be used for bi-directional data communication between enta and your existing CRM, Membership, Financial, and Event Management systems. We have existing, in-house integrations with e-mail platforms, event management and CRM systems.

As an inclusion in your implementation, we provide you with a transactional website and mobile optimised website which matches your organisations, brand, look and feel.
