La Boite is one of Australia's leading

La Boite has been at the forefront of change and
development in theatre in Queensland for 85 years. La Boite's Roundhouse
Theatre is an epic-intimate space that calls for a theatre that celebrates
the theatrical. It is an arena of inquiry and a coliseum of the senses. As
Australia's only purpose-built theatre-in-the-round - and flexible enough to
be used as a thrust stage with the audience on three sides - the home stage
offers a distinctive theatre experience.
"At La Boite Theatre Company we sometimes find that the
scale and vibrancy of our work can be at odds with the very small size of
our team. For a time an external call centre for our box office sales was
helpful, but it became apparent that customers were missing out on the depth
of knowledge and personal touch that our team could provide.
Our decision to take our own license for ENTA gave us
the autonomy to truly own and manage our customer relationships, and the
freedom to tailor our own procedures, reports and marketing tools.
We recognised that our box office services are the coalface of our
organisation and it was important that this must directly compliment the
nature of our company, our productions and our customers.
The rapport we have built with the ENTA support team
has also been invaluable. Their friendly, patient and human approach
makes a world of difference when resolving technical issues or discussing
new uses of their product.
We are aware that compared to some of ENTA Australia's
other clients, our single, 400 seat venue could be easily dwarfed - but the
level of service and care we've received from the ENTA team consistently
makes us feel that our business is their first priority, and this is why
we've relished working with them to make our customers, in turn, our first
priority.
