The enta In-house Solution is delivered by the client hosting the enta Ticketing System on your own hardware in your own current IT environment. By using this model, this will allow the venue managers to leverage existing relationships with current vendors to procure hardware at a discount. During the consultation phase of the installation process, our technicians will work with your IT staff to set up a secure environment at your location.

The In-house Solution is maintained and controlled onsite by the venue. The enta Support team only accesses the system when the venue requires assistance.
